GDF-3000 DC System Earth Fault Detector
In DC system, there are many earth faults including indirect earth fault, non-metal earth fault, loop earth fault, positive and negative earthing fault, positive and negative balance earth fault, multi-point earth fault. GDF-3000 Earth Fault Tester for DC System locates these earth faults and displays the parameters of system voltage, earth voltage, earth resistance and earth impedance of branches accurately.
● System ground voltage measurement function, the instrument can measure the system ground voltage, negative to ground voltage, system voltage, can achieve 0-300V voltage monitoring range.
● System insulation impedance measurement function, the instrument can measure the positive to ground insulation impedance and the negative to ground insulation impedance of the system. It can realize the measurement of 0-999KΩ.
● AC string electrical detection function, the instrument can judge the AC string electrical failure in the DC system, and can measure the AC voltage value that enters in the DC system, the AC voltage measurement range is 0-280V.
● Branch insulation impedance measurement function. The instrument measures the positive and negative ground insulation impedance of each branch.
● Branch grounding fault point positioning function, the instrument can achieve the grounding fault point positioning function of the branch grounding fault.
● Ammeter function, the device can be used as a high-precision ammeter, and the current measurement resolution can reach 0.01mA.
● With a non-signal ground search function, the device can locate the ground fault point without injecting any signal into the system.
● Direction display function, for testing the branch with ground indication, the instrument will have a direction indication arrow to indicate the relative direction between the user's grounding point and the found grounding point, to improve the search efficiency.
● Insulation index analysis function, when using the grounding function detection, after detecting a branch, the detector will display the insulation index of the branch for user reference and analysis.
● The waveform curve display function, when using the detector to detect the insulation condition of the tested branch, the display will display the current change of the measured branch in the form of a waveform curve, which is convenient for the user to quickly and accurately find the fault point.
● The imported 16-bit microcontroller is used as the main system. The hardware design is strictly in accordance with the relevant standards of power and electromagnetic compatibility. Multiple redundancy methods are adopted internally to ensure the reliability of the device and the device under test.
● The high-precision DC clamp meter is used as the signal acquisition unit, and the voltage sampling adopts high-precision analog-to-digital conversion chip, and the voltage and impedance are accurately measured.
● LCD display, with friendly interface, clear and easy operation. Display insulation index vividly and real-time display waveform. It reflects insulation level of every branches and earth fault direction.
● Intelligent detection and recognition system.
● The "analyzer" can automatically identify the voltage level of the system, and display the information of the insulation impedance quickly when the insulation impedance of the system changes.
● After the detector is synchronized with the analyzer information, it is not affected by the detection distance;
● When the "detector" is inspecting, the clamp can clamp a single power cord, or clamp multiple power cords to improve detection efficiency;
● After the "detector" test is completed, if the tested branch has an insulation fault, the direction information of the fault point relative to the test point is determined.
● The wireless data transmission module is built in between the "analyzer" and the "detector" for communication, and the test function and display information are complete, and can deal with various insulation fault conditions in the DC system.
● The device can locate the grounding fault point without injecting signal into the DC system. In the signal mode, the device has a current limiting and voltage limiting module, which has no effect on the DC system.
