● Please read the operation manual carefully before operating.
● Please check if the tester is well connected to earth before testing.
● It is forbidden to move or lift the testing cover in the process of testing to avoid injury by high voltage. Power must be off before replace sampling oil.
● Handle with care when taking off or closing high voltage testing cover!
● If the tester works abnormally after insulating oil breaks down, please power off the tester for 10 seconds, then restart again.
● After printing paper is exhausted, please refer to printer explanation part (or manual appendix) to replace printing paper to avoid damage of printer head.
● Keep the tester far from moisture, dust and other corrosive materials, and keep it far away from high temperature sources.
● Handle with care in transportation. Don’t put up side down.

The warranty period for this series is one year from the date of shipment. Please refer to your invoice or shipping documents to determine appropriate warranty dates. HVHIPOT corporation warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Throughout the warranty period, provide that such defects are not determined by HVHIPOT to have been caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, improper installation, neglect or adverse environmental condition, HVHIPOT is limited solely to repair or replacement of this instrument during the warranty period.

The internal insulation of a lot of electrical equipment in power systems, railway systems, large-scale petrochemical plants and enterprises, are mostly adopted oil-filled insulation type, therefore, the insulating oil dielectric strength test is common and necessary. To meet the needs of the market, we have developed and produced a series of insulating oil dielectric strength testers according to national standard GB/T507-2002, industry standard DL429.9-91 and the latest Electric Power Industry Standard DL/T846.7-2004 by ourselves. This instrument, by using a single-chip microcomputer as the core, realized automatic operation, high accurate measurement, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of workers. Moreover, it is small in size and convenient to carry.
● With a microprocessor, automatically fulfill the withstand voltage test for oil circulation with a range of 0~80KV (including boosting, maintaining, mixing, standing, calculating, printing and other operations).
● Large LCD screen display.
● Simple operation. The machine will automatically complete the withstand voltage test on one cup of sample oil after simple setting by the operator. Breakdown voltage value of 1~6 times and cycle times will be automatically saved. After the test, the thermal printer will print out each breakdown voltage value and average value.
● Power-down preservation. It can save 100 test results and display current ambient temperature and humidity.
● Adopt single-chip microcomputer to boost the voltage at constant speed. The voltage frequency is accurate at 50HZ, ensure the whole process is easy to control.
● With over-voltage, over-current and limit protection to ensure the safety of operators.
● With the function of displaying the measured temperature and system clock.
● Communicate with computer by a standard RS232 interface.
