HV HIPOT recently successfully held the 43rd Electric power technology experiment exchange training course. With the theme of “Cable oscillation wave positioning, partial discharge inspection and online, non-destructive live detection (infrared, acoustic, ultraviolet), SF6 gas detection and recovery test technology and practical skills”, the training course attracted power industry experts and technicians from all over the country to discuss the new teaching trends and application practices of power technology.
The course covers a wide range of power technology areas and aims to enhance the professional knowledge and practical ability of the participants.
1. Cable oscillation wave positioning technology
In the special lecture of cable oscillating wave positioning technology, our technical engineers introduced the basic principle and application examples of this technology in detail, and emphasized its importance in the fault diagnosis of power equipment. Through case studies, the participants had an in-depth understanding of how to use oscillating wave technology to efficiently locate cable faults and improve the maintenance efficiency of power equipment.
2. Partial discharge inspection and on-line technology
On-line, non-destructive live detection technology is an important means of power equipment monitoring. Our technical engineers introduced in detail the application of infrared, acoustic and ultraviolet detection technology, demonstrated how these advanced methods can achieve real-time monitoring and fault warning of equipment, and improved the understanding of non-destructive testing technology.
3. Online, non-destructive on-site testing technology
The introduction of on-line, non-destructive live testing technology has triggered a heated discussion. Our technical engineers demonstrated the practical application of infrared, acoustic and ultraviolet detection technologies, highlighting the importance of these technologies in equipment health monitoring. Through practical demonstration, participants have a more intuitive understanding of non-destructive testing technology.
4. SF6 gas detection and recovery technology
SF6 gas is an important insulating gas in power equipment, and its detection and recovery technology has attracted much attention. Our technical engineers shared relevant inspection methods and recycling techniques, emphasizing the importance of protecting the environment while ensuring the safety of equipment.
This training course not only provides a platform for technology sharing, but also an important opportunity for exchanges and cooperation within the industry. We believe that with the continuous progress of science and technology, the power industry will usher in more innovation and development. Thanks to all the participants for their support and contribution, let’s look forward to the next training course!
